Shipping within Ukraine

All orders in Ukraine are sent using the “Nova Poshta” service to a branch, a post office machine or to an address by courier. Shipping time is 1-3 working days.

The cost of shipping is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the “Nova Poshta” service. When the parcel is sent, the estimated value is equal to the value of the order. Shipping is paid by a buyer.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent from Ukraine. We deliver orders all over the world, except for countries such as russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Iran, Syria.

Estimated shipping time for international orders is 7-14 working days. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Conditions

The exchange and return of the goods is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the cardboard outer carton which protects our branded box.

We do not accept for return the items that do not comply with our return rules.

Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

Faulty products

We diligently inspect every product to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch. If, however, you receive an item with a fault, kindly get in touch with us and include photos for our review.

Upon return, all items deemed faulty will undergo a thorough inspection. Please note that items showing signs of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot take responsibility for products damaged during washing or drying if our care instructions have not been followed.
